Letty Mitchell Boxing Yoga

Letty’s yoga journey began alongside her professional dance training in 2006 at LABAN (BA Hons) in London. With a passion for movement, Letty has always loved exploring ways of expressing her body and includes many different styles of yoga. Compelled by the benefits each one has had on her physical and mental well being, yoga is a constant influence in her daily life. 

Letty incorporates a wide range of influences to her classes, creating a dynamic environment where people of all abilities can explore and experience the practice of strength, movement and breath.

Originally born in a boxing club BoxingYoga™ has spread quickly and can now be found at multiple locations around the UK, including hot yoga studios, boxing clubs, Sweaty Betty shops, fitness gyms and even on Saracens rugby ground.
